Dr Wenn B Lawson

Dr. Wendy Lawson MAPS, internationally renowned and respected professional, is a researcher, psychologist, writer and poet with high functioning Autism.

She has presented internationally and published many journal articles and written several books including her autobiography and everyday text on Autism.

Her work explores the influence of neurological development in individuals with Autism with reference to impact upon learning styles.

Association for Science in Autism Treatment - ASAT

The Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT) is a not-for-profit organization run by an all-volunteer board of 22 professionals, many of whom are parents of children and adolescents with autism. ASAT is committed to improving the education, treatment, and care of people with autism.

Amaze

A group of parents struggling to find autism resources, set up the Victorian Autistic Children’s and Adult’s Association. It provided a central information source and supported individuals and their families. The organisation was renamed Autism Victoria Inc in 1999 and again renamed Amaze in 2013.
